Orders for item in stock are typically processed within 4-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Pre-Order items are scheduled for delivery upon arrival from manufacturer or may be cancelled in the event of unforeseen unavailability of products. In the event the full paid amount will be refunded.

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options, including cash on delivery, standard and expedited shipping. The available options will be presented during the checkout process. Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method and the destination address.

Multiple Shipments:

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to expedite delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if this applies to your order.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs delays, may impact delivery times.

Tracking Your Order:

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delays can also occur if there are shipping delays from the manufacturer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship within Canada. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. An additional cost may apply for handling charges based on the products.
