Thank you for your services. I was genuinely excited to find all the required items available in one place, especially without having to travel for hours before the pooja day.
However, I wish the communication throughout the order process had been better. I placed my order on Monday and waited for updates, but unfortunately, I did not receive any communication through email or the Shopify app. I called every day to check the status and requested confirmation on whether the delivery could be completed on time so that I could arrange a backup plan if needed.
On Thursday morning, I was informed that the shipment had left and was out for delivery, which was a relief. However, after waiting until the evening without any updates or delivery, I had to make several calls to different numbers just to get in touch with someone. I was then told that the delivery would arrive by 10:00 PM. As someone who likes to have everything organized and checked off in advance, this experience was extremely stressful. By that point, I had lost confidence that the order would arrive on time and had to rush to a store late in the evening to purchase whatever I could for the next day's pooja.
The delivery eventually arrived at 11:00 PM.
Regarding the products, I had ordered multi-colored roses but received only yellow roses, and they were not very fresh. Similarly, the marigold flowers shown in the product image appeared to be a mix of yellow and orange, so I expected multiple colors but received only yellow flowers. The quantity of mango leaves was much less than expected, while the number of betel leaves was significantly more than what I had ordered. On a positive note, the jasmine flowers were fresh and of excellent quality.
To conclude, this experience has unfortunately affected my trust in the delivery process. As a result, I would be hesitant to recommend the delivery service to friends. That said, I may consider visiting the store in person sometime and hope that the in-store experience will be more seamless.
